The SWCA can help you wade through all the complexities that come with health insurance plans. We will make it our mission to help you find a plan that works for your company. We offer competitive plans for small construction businesses throughout Clark, Cowlitz and Thurston counties, at a very low cost to the employer. You’ve probably asked for insurance quotes before, just to be frightened by the sticker shock of adding this in-demand benefit for your employees. What if we told you SWCA’s plan could get you large group rates even if you’re a two-person shop? Too good to be true? Not this time!
But wait, that’s not all we offer in the SWCA Health Insurance plans. When members join our health insurance, they also receive additional benefits at low or no additional cost:
There are no minimum participation requirements for most of the voluntary benefits listed below.
What’s available?
Group Term Life Insurance: Provides life insurance coverage at affordable group rates. These rates are not normally offered for small businesses seeking the coverage independently.
Short Term Disability: Covers up to 60% of lost wages. This provides financial security to employees and their families in the event of temporary work displacement due to medical disabilities.
Group Critical Illness: Maintain financial security during the lengthy and expensive recovery period following a serious medical event. This coverage can help with out-of-pocket expenses, either medical and non-medical.
Group Accident Plans: Can be used for either medical or non-medical expenses in the event of an accident. This plan can alleviate the financial burden of accidents when they occur.
Hospital Indemnity/Medical Bridge: Offer affordable coverage for employees and families, without breaking the bank. These plans are lower cost, higher deductible health plans that give employees peace of mind.
