J. Stout Auctions opens new regional facility in Washougal, WA

This fall, J. Stout Auctions is opening a new heavy equipment and commercial truck auction location in Washougal, Washington. 

The new regional facility is located at 520 S. 28th Street, just off Highway 14, is due to the company's growth after three years in business. 

Live public actions will be held throughout the year on the nearly 19 acres of property. At JSA live events, bidders can find everything they are looking for including heavy equipment, commercial trucks, government surplus vehicles, logging equipment, RVs, ATVs, and industrial machinery. All the equipment is cosigned to JSA by government agencies, corporate and small businesses, or individuals, with no reserves attached. This gives the public the power to pick up some amazing deals. 

The new secure indoor facility on the property, opening on a later date, allows JSA to hold online-only auction sales. This program allows bidders to bid on everything from shop tools to welders and rental gear to contractor supplies, while in the comfort of their own home. Although the platform is online, our regional location gives customers the ability to support the local area and preview the equipment in-person before bidding. JSA will host both Government Surplus online auctions, which only includes surplus equipment from government agencies, and Industrial Online Auctions, which include items cosigned by the general public and large or small companies. 

With the new facility, JSA is also forecasting to create another 10+ jobs in the next few years. 

To celebrate, JSA is holding a joint-grand opening celebration with Columbia Rock Products on Tuesday, September 10th. The public, government officials, and local media will be welcome to attend. The companies will be hosting a free catered lunch and everyone in attendance is welcome to tour the two new Washougal businesses.

The first JSA sale at the new facility will be September 11th, starting at 8:30 AM. It is always free to attend, register, and bid at the JSA's auctions.
