Jamie Birkeland, champion of SWCA Fall Fishing Derby

The Southwest Washington Contractors Association (SWCA) is excited to announce Jamie Birkeland (of Riverview Community Bank) as Champion of the SWCA Fall Fishing Derby. Jamie’s catch weighed in at 21.3 pounds.

Doug Martin (of Southwest Office Supply) took Second Place with a fish weighing 19.9 pounds. Dave McGrew (of Dave’s Clock and Watch Repair) took Third Place with a 17.8 pound fish.

The SWCA Fall Fishing Derby is a full day of fun for the whole family. This year, 80 fishers departed at daylight, fished all day on the Columbia River and its tributaries, returned for weigh-in and the BBQ dinner. Trophies were awarded for the Top Three Biggest Fish.
