The following information is meant to provide you with some guidance on how you can get your already underway projects back on track. Based on the Phase 1 Construction COVID-19 Safety Requirements you will need to be able to provide the following information on your jobsite. This is not meant to be considered legal advice, and ONLY projects that were already underway prior to the shut down are eligible under Phase 1. New start projects will be addressed in Phase 2. SWCA will continue to update this this as we receive new information.
To get your existing jobsite back up and running, you will need to have the following information available on your jobsite:

  1. A Comprehensive COVID-19 Exposure Control, Mitigation and Recovery Plan, to include:
    1. PPE Utilization
    2. On-site Social Distancing
    3. Hygiene
    4. Sanitation
    5. Symptom Monitoring
    6. Incident Reporting
    7. Site Decontamination Procedures
    8. COVID-19 Safety Training
    9. Exposure Response Procedures
    10. Post-Exposure Incident Project Wide Recovery Plan
  2. A signed commitment to adhere to the plan signed and posted at each job site
