Last week on Thursday was the monthly meeting of the Development and Engineering Advisory Board for Clark County – did you know that SWCA has a seat on the board??? Share with us what coding issues you’re struggling with & would like to see changed. Let us be your advocate!

- We are starting to send out Classic Cupdates about the golf tournament on August 20, 2021. Tee times will be sent out soon. Check your emails for headings that look like this:
- Our next webinar is coming up on Wednesday, August 25th. Casey Sullivan of Ameriprise Financial will be presenting “Investing with the Tax Triangle in Mind.” Part of his presentation will include the new WA State Long Term Care Tax. Register Here.
- We finally have access to our old Facebook Account! Check us out at @SWContractors on Facebook – we will be back broadcasting on this account!
- Check out our latest Living History post to celebrate our 75 year anniversary! We also need your help in gathering historical information. See our stories & what we are looking for!
- SWCA Foundation scholarships are OPEN! These scholarships are for applicants looking to pursue education related to the building and construction industries. Please help us spread the word by sharing this with your networks. Applications are available on the SWCA website.

- SWCA is joining forces with Workforce SW Washington and ESD 112 to help put the new Construction Workforce Plan into action! Be on the lookout for an email from me with more specific information on how to get involved.
