OMWBE will provide an overview of the certification\, explain eligibility requirements\, and offer on site assistance to help contractors get signed up.\n\n \n\nFSBE certification is especially important right now. The first major project package for the Columbia River Bridge Replacement will include an FSBE goal on both design and construction.
