07/28/2021 SWCA Webinar Worker Shortages: What's Being Done About It?

Darcy Hoffman, Director of Business Services at Workforce Southwest Washington will be joining us to share more about what we can do to help with worker shortages, and to share with us their plans to help remedy the situation!  She will provide an overview of the Columbia-Willamette Workforce Collaborative's (CWWC) new Construction Workforce Plan, priority areas, and ways in which you can get involved.  In addition, there will be an overview of our local Quality Jobs Strategy and preview of what's to come to support businesses ability to attract and retain a high-quality workforce.
