All building permits will be available for application in CC LMS on November 20th, an effort to provide you better and more cost-effective service.  It’s the biggest permitting software replacement at the county in years!  At this training you will learn how to register, apply for, and track a building permit on line via the public portal from the comfort your office or home.  Community Development staff will be present to answer any questions you may have about the CC LMS permitting system or process.
