The chance to fulfill every child’s dream of hopping inside a bulldozer, dump truck, or other giant construction equipment with a professional by their side has arrived.
This event is not only fun for the whole family, but also benefits many local children's charities. Mark your calendars and come on out for a great time!
The SWCA recognizes that Dozer Day cannot happen without the support of our amazing volunteers, especially equipment operators. Please consider volunteering with us for Dozer Day 2024.

Logistics
Date: Saturday and Sunday (October 7th & 8th)
Time: On BOTH days, Dozer Day opens at 10 am for VIO guests; opening to the public at 11am. Event closes at 4pm BOTH days for all guests.
Location: Clark County Fairgrounds - 17402 NE Delfel Rd., Ridgefield WA 98642
The week of the event
Sponsor booth set-up is on Friday, October 6th, beginning at 2pm. This is the ideal time, as you are allowed to drive directly to your space to unload. Security will be provided to safeguard your belongings.
On Saturday morning, no cars are allowed into the event space. If you choose to wait until then to set up your booth, it is imperative you arrive by 9 am. We will do our best to transport you and your things until 10 am when we must turn our attention to the crowds.
The days of the event:
New this year, BOTH Saturday, October 7th and Sunday, October 8th, Dozer Day begins at 10 am to welcome your Very Important Operator (VIO) guests. We recommend you arrive by 9 am.
This time is open ONLY to guests (ages 2 years old+) with VIO tickets. These are the special tickets awarded to you according to your sponsorship level. Please be sure your VIO guests understand their unique opportunity to access the event before the crowds and longer lines. If those with VIO tickets are not able to take advantage of the special VIO time, the tickets are still usable for one-time admittance anytime on Saturday or Sunday, but not both days.
The event will open BOTH days to the public from 11am-4pm.
As you and your volunteers arrive, please display the attached volunteer parking pass in your windshield for FREE parking. Once parked, all volunteers and sponsors will enter the event thru the “Volunteer Entrance” to the right of the main entrance. Sponsor booth volunteers do NOT need to register online. They will simply sign-in under your company name, however, if you have more volunteers than needed at your booth (especially equipment operators), please direct them to sign-up online at: Vancouver.DozerDay.org Finally, please forward the attached parking pass and volunteer instructions accordingly.
