Retro Safety Meeting (3 of 6)
Safety meetings are open to all members of the SWCA.
Please note attendance is a requirement for all SWCA Retro participants (refer to your SWCA Retro Agreement).
Without company representation, penalties are assigned in the amount of 5% of your total refund. Any particpating member company missing 3 of the 6 meetings will not be eligible to receive the refund share.

Employers have several options they can pursue when temporary work restrictions turn into “permanent” or long term restrictions.
Each case is different and we will explore the various options you have, when to exercise those options, and what benefits you can take advantage of during and after the return to work process.
