The SWCA L&I Retrospective Rating Program (RETRO) allows enrolled members to benefit from running safe job site.  Members enroll with the program and must meet certain L&I criteria.  You must attend the informational safety trainings throughout the year.  At the end of the year, the entire group may qualify to receive a refund on their L&I premiums.
