SWCA Bridge Replacement Session - FSBE Certification & IBR update

SWCA, in partnership with the Office of Minority & Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE) and the Interstate Bridge Replacement (IBR) Program, invites you to an upcoming event designed to support contractors and businesses across the region.

This session is open to all contractors interested in learning more about Washington’s new FSBE (Federal Small Business Enterprise) certification. OMWBE will provide an overview of the certification, explain eligibility requirements, and offer on‑site assistance to help contractors get signed up.

FSBE certification is especially important right now. The first major project package for the Columbia River Bridge Replacement will include an FSBE goal on both design and construction. This means it’s critical for contractors to understand the certification and determine early whether they qualify.
