About Us

Northwest Roof Maintenance is a Vancouver, WA roofing contractor serving Clark County and the greater Portland/Vancouver metro since 2004.

We built the company around a maintenance-first approach: most roofs in the Pacific Northwest fail early from moss, debris, and deferred upkeep rather than age alone. We handle roof cleaning and moss removal, leak diagnosis and repair, attic ventilation, and full replacement when a roof has genuinely reached the end of its service life.
