About Us

Sampson Built Solutions is a family-owned marine and general contracting company serving Southwest Washington, Northwest Oregon, and the Columbia River corridor. We help homeowners, floating-home communities, marinas, and local businesses tackle the projects they don’t have the time, tools, or equipment to take on themselves.
Our Marine & Waterway Division handles dock construction and repair, floatation upgrades, dredging, underwater inspections, aquatic vegetation removal (DASH), salvage, and routine maintenance for marinas, boathouses, and floating communities. The goal is simple: keep regional waterways safe, functional, and accessible year-round.
On land, our Construction Division provides residential and commercial services including remodels, additions, ADUs, tenant improvements, structural repairs, site prep, and custom builds. Whether the work is simple or specialized, we emphasize quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and practical, real-world solutions.
