I am an attorney in the Vancouver office of Schwabe, Williamson and Wyatt. I represent contractors in a wide variety of situations, including contract negotiations, filing and foreclosing liens, and litigation. I also have a litigation practice ?that focuses on representing property owners when the government seeks to take their property for ?a public purpose (building or expanding roads, for example).
