Support SWCA Foundation’s workforce programs through our Paddle Raise!

Proceeds from the event benefit the SWCA Foundation, which is dedicated to building a vibrant and skilled construction workforce. Through partnerships with local businesses and schools, the Foundation supports workforce development at every stage of education, including:

• 4th Grade Toolbox Program – introducing students to construction with hands-on learning.
• Middle School Summer Camp – giving teens the chance to explore the trades in a fun, engaging environment.
• High School Scholarships & Young Contractors Forum – supporting the next generation of leaders in construction.
• Educator Externship – equipping teachers with real-world industry experience to share with their students.
