80th Celebration

Description
Celebrate SWCA’s 80th anniversary with a retro night of community, games, and both silent and live auctions — all supporting the next generation of future trades workers!
Celebrating 80 Years of Building a Stronger Community
For 80 years, SWCA has been at the heart of Southwest Washington's commercial construction industry. From supporting members during the region's post-war growth and the rise of the "Silicon Forest" to helping businesses navigate economic downturns and the challenges of the pandemic, SWCA has remained a constant source of support, connection, and opportunity.
This special 80th Anniversary Celebration honors the members, partnerships, and relationships that have shaped our association since 1946. Together, we'll celebrate the accomplishments of the past, recognize the people who built our industry, and look forward to the next generation of growth and innovation.
Dress in your 80's best.
Support SWCA Foundation’s workforce programs through our Paddle Raise!
Proceeds from the event benefit the SWCA Foundation, which is dedicated to building a vibrant and skilled construction workforce. Through partnerships with local businesses and schools, the Foundation supports workforce development at every stage of education, including:
- 4th Grade Toolbox Program – introducing students to construction with hands-on learning.
- Middle School Summer Camp – giving teens the chance to explore the trades in a fun, engaging environment.
- High School Scholarships & Young Contractors Forum – supporting the next generation of leaders in construction.
- Educator Externship – equipping teachers with real-world industry experience to share with their students.
